According to Joystiq, some Toys 'R' Us stores have released the Xbox 360 version of BioShock before the release date and the game is now availible on their shelves.

So if you live near a Toys 'R' Us and can't wait to get ahold of BioShock, go and check them out! Maybe you'll get lucky...
